You
will need to view your invoices and work area so
that we may clear up issues
during the design
process. You will be notified by
E-mail when an update is available on your project. All
work is billed twice a month. On
smaller projects a 50% deposit may be required. (If you
have a credit card on file, it's auto-billed monthly) For
hourly priced work, you will be billed in 10 minute increments. If you add additional requests/work to the original proposal
your design cost will increase. You
will be billed hourly for phone correspondences. We are
freelance and our time is valuable, just like yours.
E-mail correspondence is free. No
personal checks, business checks only. If any checks
come back returned, we will no longer accept checks,
and all bank fees will be paid by client. We will
then require a deposit and a credit card to continue
further. We accept Pay-Pal for credit card processing. If your credit card is rejected, your work will be removed
from the Internet. We
ask that you kindly establish one contact person. This
should be the only person from your company that will
work with the designer. This is very important, multiple
contacts lead to confusion and extra development time. We
prefer e-mail communication in order to have a hard copy
of the design / work process. We realize this is not
always convenient and we can schedule phone conversations
as
needed. Please call should an emergency arise. Our designer
is available by e-mail 24 hours a day. We
are busy and answer all e-mails ASAP. Please
send your content to us by typing it into an e-mail
or by sending it in a Microsoft
Word Document as an attachment, so
that we can cut and paste it into your Web pages. Any

Step
1: Determine
the design or graphic services that you require. Gather all
images, logos, files, and content that
you want included in your project to save development time.
Step
2: Contact
Websalamode and discuss by phone (877)755-8859 or the details
of your project.
Step
3: Websalamode then submits a formal bid (hourly or for
the whole project) for the project. Step
4: We
will submit a 'mock up' of the site or graphic, upon approval we
will continue work and you will continue to view progress and invoices
in our customer control panel. Upon completion of the project you
will be notified. Final payment is made and the project is delivered!
